Go Stack Analytics Pvt Ltd (Gostack), CIN U62013DL2023FTC410463, respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us, apply for roles or work with us. This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with our business.
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to Gostack’s website and our business enquiries, recruitment and relationship management. Our work includes data and AI engineering, intelligent automation, financial-services and public-sector systems, GCC development and integrated technology talent solutions.
Where we process information on behalf of a client, the client’s instructions, privacy notices and the applicable service agreement govern that processing. Knovia, The AI Academy and third-party platforms may provide their own privacy notices; review those notices when using those services.
2. Information we collect
The information involved depends on how you interact with us. Please share only what is necessary and avoid sending confidential client records, financial-account details or sensitive personal information through a general website enquiry.
- Business enquiries: name, work email, professional role, organisation details, service interests and information you choose to include in correspondence.
- Recruitment and talent engagements: contact details, CV, employment history, skills, qualifications and assessment or interview information you provide through the relevant recruitment process.
- Business relationships: professional contact details and information needed to manage proposals, contracts, delivery and billing.
- Website operation: technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, request logs and security-related information, where collected by the hosting service.
- Website analytics: pages visited, visit duration, general location and device or browser type, measured through Google Analytics 4 as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver services, evaluate candidates for suitable roles, manage our business relationships, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal basis may be your consent, steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation or legitimate business interests balanced against your rights.
Where consent is required, we will seek it for the relevant activity. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Proactive CV submissions
When you join our talent network, we collect your name, email, location, area of interest, optional message and uploaded CV. We record your consent to store these details and contact you about suitable opportunities across Gostack and our client teams. This does not guarantee an interview or employment.
CVs and candidate details are stored privately with restricted access for recruitment purposes. You can withdraw consent or request correction or deletion by emailing dataprotection@gostack.co.in. We retain candidate records for up to 36 months from your most recent interaction with us, unless you withdraw consent sooner or a longer period is required by law; before that period ends we may ask you to renew your consent.
To protect the submission service from abuse, we use hashed email and network-address identifiers to limit repeated submissions. These identifiers are used for security, not advertising. If you provide information about references or other people in your CV, make sure you are authorised to share it and provide only what is necessary.
5. Talent assessment and AI
Talent engagements may include structured interviews, technical assessments or AI-assisted evaluation, including through Knovia. Details of the assessment, information collected and applicable safeguards should be provided in the notice for that process.
AI-assisted outputs should support appropriate human oversight. If you have questions about an assessment outcome or need an accommodation, contact the recruitment team or Gostack. This website policy does not replace an assessment-specific notice or authorise unrelated use of candidate or client information to train AI models.
6. Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared with authorised personnel, service providers supporting our operations, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Candidate information may be shared with a prospective employer or client for an agreed recruitment purpose, subject to the applicable notice and permissions.
Client and talent personal information is currently processed in India. If an engagement requires processing in another country, we will apply the contractual, organisational or other safeguards required by applicable law, and any service-specific location or data-residency requirements will be agreed with the client.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, our contractual obligations, applicable legal requirements or the establishment and defence of legal claims. Candidate records are retained for up to 36 months from your most recent interaction, and general business enquiries for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete your information sooner.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and processing involved. No website, email system or transmission method is completely secure; please use an agreed secure channel for sensitive project or candidate information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to dataprotection@gostack.co.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority where that right applies. To stop optional communications, use any unsubscribe option provided or contact us.
You may raise a privacy grievance with our Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@gostack.co.in. Please describe the issue without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will handle requests and complaints within the time limits required by the law that applies.
9. Cookies, external sites and children
See our Cookie Policy for information about cookies and browser storage. Links to partner sites, social networks and recruitment platforms lead to services operated by others; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
